Hello,
I’m Nesrine, though many of you may know me as Nina, the Founder of Nina Found Home. My life has taken me across Egypt, Europe, and Asia, before I finally returned to Egypt in 2018.
In 2021, I reached a turning point. My life had become dysfunctional, leaving me feeling lonely, burnt out, and depressed. I knew I needed to make bold changes. That same year, my best friend, Dina Harb, invited me to join her debut coaching program, Positive Intelligence (PQ), and later to a year-end-retreat where we reflected on our lives, analyzed every area, and created a life vision to inspire meaningful change.
The retreat, held at a friend’s home in Somabay in December 2021, had just three participants—my closest friends. I returned with a new clarity about my life and knew I had to take action. Upon my return, I took a sabbatical from work, ended a relationship that wasn’t progressing, and moved to Gouna to begin a journey of deep introspection and transformation.
For four months, I followed a rigorous routine, waking up at 5:30 AM and taking long walks, sometimes lasting up to five hours. During these walks, I delved into every aspect of my life—reflecting on my childhood, every job, relationship, my values, and the choices I’d made. I assessed every foundational area of my life, seeking understanding and clarity.
Throughout this journey, I was fortunate to have the support of Dina, not only as my best friend but essentially as a Mental Fitness Coach. Her guidance and the world of internationally renowned coaches and mentors she introduced me to played a crucial role in my transformation. I immersed myself in readings, podcasts, online courses on psychology, relationships, personal development, and life management methodologies.
Today, after two years of deep reformation, I stand before you with a completely renewed perspective on life. With renewed clarity and purpose, I'm dedicated to helping others explore and transform their own lives.

Who are you? … I am a work in progress :)
After a certain moment in my life, no one thing defines me. I am a woman, daughter, sister, aunt, friend, lover, artist, producer, coach, and so many other things!
My deliberate journey of growth and self-discovery started when happiness, something I had once achieved, seemed to slip away despite all my outward success. Relationships that had once felt stable lost their fulfillment, and life, though seemingly full, felt empty.
During that challenging period, I battled an inner critic, a self-sabotaging voice that brings doubt, fear, and frustration. Scared for myself I did what I do best; learn! I sought support from different sources—nutrition, psychotherapy, somatic healing, and energy work. As my healing journey progressed, I made a few discoveries. I became deeply fascinated with the mind-body connection and how, through rewiring our brains, we can bring about meaningful changes in all areas of our lives—emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
This led to discovering a new passion and purpose: to support others as they navigate life’s challenges with creativity and positivity. So, I became an ICF- and Positive Intelligence-certified coach. I help individuals build mental and emotional resilience. I integrate different methodologies to guide people in leveraging their strengths, avoiding self-sabotage, and creating the lives and relationships they desire.
I also discovered that life is like a map—unless you know where you are and where you want to go, it’s impossible to chart a path forward. Every year, I reflect on where I am in all the key areas of my life, and review if my destination still aligns with who I am becoming. This ritual gives me clarity and direction, even if the path ahead takes unexpected turns. The plan may shift, but my destination remains my north star.
I’ve been fortunate to walk this path with my chosen family, those special people who make me feel “home.” One of those people is Nina, someone who has stood by me through it all, from moments of deep sorrow to shared laughter and joy to a lot of wonderfully cooked meals :). Today, as she embarks on her debut retreat, I feel honored to stand beside her, filled with gratitude as we both find “home” in ourselves and our communities.
