The "Finding Home: Life Reinvention Retreat" (hereinafter referred to as “the Retreat”) is designed for personal growth, reflection, and wellness. By participating in the Retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the Retreat, including but not limited to physical activity, outdoor excursions, workshops, and group sessions. You acknowledge that the activities may carry inherent risks, and you take full responsibility for your physical and mental well-being during the Retreat.
 

2. Medical Disclaimer: The Retreat and its facilitators are not medical professionals, therapists, or licensed counselors. Any advice, discussions, or guidance provided during the Retreat is not intended to diagnose, treat, or substitute for professional medical or psychological care. You are encouraged to consult with your healthcare provider before participating in any activities that may affect your health.
 

3. Liability Waiver: By attending the Retreat, you release and discharge the organizers, facilitators, venue owners, employees, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during or in connection with the Retreat, including but not limited to personal injury, emotional distress, property damage, or other losses.
 

4. Personal Responsibility: You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own choices, actions, and outcomes during and after the Retreat. The organizers and facilitators make no guarantees regarding the outcomes of any exercises, activities, or discussions. Participation is fully voluntary, and you may opt out of any activity at any time.
 

5. Force Majeure: The organizers are not responsible for any interruptions, cancellations, or modifications to the Retreat due to events outside their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, travel restrictions, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
